Dr. Roy and her practice are amazing. Given the friendly, knowledge, and flexible experiences I have had there over many years I can honestly say I look forward to my dental appointments. I know when I am there I am in good hands and will experience minimal discomfort (with the exception of numbing shots of course).

Dr. Roy and her staff are very professional and courteous. The dentist took time to explain what she found during the exam, outlining the course of treatment that prevents teeth from breaking suddenly and/or needing root canals -- if you've had either experience you know how expensive and time-intensive it can be. I trust a dentist who wants you to avoid high costs and preserve your natural teeth!

Dr. Roy and her staff are professional and courteous, but their compassion and concern for patients through procedures is unmatched! I love how Dr. Roy really involves patients in deciding treatment options and when to execute them! I absolutely loved the hygienist I had for my cleaning this time—Nicole! She was gentle and did a great job! In addition, she asked if she could put some Vaseline on my lips to help prevent dryness from the vacuum! How nice is that!

I’ve gone to Dr. Roy for regular cleaning and to get cavities filled. Each time I’ve been to the office I’ve had an outstanding experience. The receptionists at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Roy is excellent. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing and gives recommendations for teeth care and maintenance. I had a lot of questions around my cavity procedures, and she patiently and comprehensively answered all of them. The cleaning and procedures were painless. They also answered all of my questions around insurance and co-pay, and laid out my out-of-pocket costs clearly.
